To participate in this retreat you need to have completed at leats five times the Honoring the Sacred Fires Retreat

“Renunciation of illusion is the Supreme state. Only by renunciation is Immortality attained.” Narayana

“From the fire of stillness arises the perception of the Supreme Reality. No more illusion. I Am Truth, I Am Consciousness, I Am Bliss. I am Brahman.” Narayana

Introduction: Becoming the Sacred Fire - by staying longer and longer in the meditation fire, the identity loses identification with the character and increases identification with the meditation fire. This retreat serves to achieve and maintain constant communion.

Technique: The technique used will be a very effective Kriya Pranayama from the Kriya Yoga tradition. This is the complete Kriya that was already learned in the “Embracing the Sacred Fire” retreat. Here the proposal is to deepen the work of meditation to dissolve the remaining structures.

Teachings: “Ashtavakra Samhita – The Divine Dialogue” is a series of videos where Narayana comments on a famous work in the form of a dialogue between Ashtavakra and his disciple King Janaka. These exalted teachings are very sacred and advanced. At the end of each day you will watch the videos, which will bring you an understanding of your meditation and spiritual process as a whole. At the end of each day you will watch the videos, which will bring you an understanding of your meditation and spiritual process as a whole.

Format: This is a Silent Meditation Retreat, which means it is in complete silence, it's 30 days long. There will be 10 hours a day of Meditation in the Meditation hall, and daily instructions concerning the technique and the spiritual path. There will be 2 simple vegetarian meals a day, lunch will be the last meal. We advise to take light meals, so that it does not disturb the practice, and we do not allow for complete fasting during the Retreat. In the last day if Narayana is in the ashram, it will be possible to participate in the Satsang where you will be able to clarify doubts of your spiritual path and of your retreat. In the absence of Narayana you can access the videos of his satsangs with the most pertinent questions and answers.

Accommodations: Our Ashram has male and female accommodation, where there are shared rooms 2 to 3 persons according to the size of the room, with shared bathrooms, to be distributed according to our availability. The accommodations are simple, have the basics needed for your stay and are within easy reach of the meditation hall. Their care is the responsibility of each participant.
