Retreat: Retreat from December 02 to 13, 2022.

With serious and disciplined work, this sacred place puts us into deep retreat; we come face to face with the strength and weakness of being who we are. We go up in a balloon and then dive deep with a submarine; we touch our fears, our attachments, and confront our reality. What is reality? What is happiness? We put aside our beliefs to re-evaluate life.
For me, it was a very beautiful process not only of the quest for freedom, but of healing. Gratitude.

When I signed up for the Retreat, I thought I had a real purpose for connecting with the Divine. As nothing is by chance, being in this ashram and not in another, I could realize with Sriman Narayana's intervention that I was not in search of Truth. What I called purpose, before being here, was to keep holding on to beliefs, attachments of life here. I wanted to bring the Divine into my world and I wasn't focused enough to go towards Him.

This was my first retreat, and I thank the Universe immensely for leading me to this ashram. Perhaps the path would be much longer if it was not here. The path and learning continues, now with a greater direction, much more focus, discipline, and faith.

I want to express immense gratitude for the warm welcome and teachings offered. I went through a deep process of purification and internalized the practice with patience, as there were days of intense struggle with physical and emotional pain! The satsangs were crucial for me to stay until the end.
