Retreats - Testimonials

Profession: Mathematician

It was a unique experience. Throughout the battle with myself, life situations surfaced, resolved themselves, and dissolved. The Satsangs brought important points of reflection for the next steps of the journey. Today, I understand more clearly the importance of meditation and have a deeper sense of the meaning of the spiritual path.

Profession: Biologist

Having the opportunity to spend these days in the retreat was a gift from God. I, who so often doubted His existence, was able to feel His presence and power through the care, kindness, and generosity of people who didn’t even know me. Today, I leave this place with a heart full of freedom.

Thank you so much for your kindness.

Profession: Journalist

The experience at the Ashram was transformative. Inside, I initially embraced the process with some resistance, but once I allowed myself to enter the energy of the retreat, I quickly noticed the unlocking of personal issues—some familiar, others completely new—that opened space for my inner silence. The experience can be challenging, but it creates room for deep healing and a process that continues within us. The care from the residents and the Ashram as a whole was truly special—everything very warm and the meals incredibly delicious. Gratitude.

Profession: Retired Teacher

In 2022, I did the Meditation and Silence retreat for the first time, and now I was able to return. After experiencing this retreat, all others feel superficial.

Here, everything is taken very seriously—the schedule, the discipline, the silence. Everyone respects your purpose, and in doing so, they help you.

It is challenging, as Master Narayana says: “You either live the retreat, survive the retreat, or give up on the retreat.” Living the retreat intensely, reaching the last day with that wonderful feeling of having succeeded… speaking with the Master, listening to his teachings, receiving clarity for the questions that arise throughout the retreat… all of this makes me leave today with a heart full of contentment and gratitude.

The retreat is intense… it is for those who truly want to look at themselves and face the Seeker’s journey with courage.

I am a “seeker of myself”!!!
